1. Standard Online Purchases (Cooling-Off Period) In accordance with Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), online buyers are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a standard artwork, you may cancel the transaction within 7 days of receiving the artwork.

  • To initiate a return, you must notify us in writing at [email protected] within this 7-day period.

  • The artwork must be returned in its original, undamaged condition and in its original packaging.

  • The direct cost and risk of returning the artwork (including specialized courier and transit insurance fees) are the sole responsibility of the buyer. * A full refund of the purchase price will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation, provided the artwork is received back in its original condition.

2. Custom and Commissioned Artworks Please note that the 7-day cooling-off period does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications. All sales of custom, altered, or specially commissioned artworks are final and strictly non-refundable.

  • Please notify us immediately upon delivery.

  • Provide clear photographs of the damage to both the artwork and the packaging.

  • Do not discard the packaging. We will assess the matter promptly and arrange for collection, repair, replacement, or a refund where appropriate.

1. Delivery Areas We deliver within South Africa and offer international shipping on selected works. Please note that certain fragile artworks may not be eligible for international transit.

2. Domestic Delivery (South Africa) Deliveries to major centers typically take 3 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch. Deliveries to remote or regional areas may take longer. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately. We will provide the courier’s tracking information once the artwork has been shipped.

3. International Delivery International shipping, required insurance, and any necessary crating will be quoted based on the specific artwork and destination. Estimated delivery times are 5 to 15 working days, though delays may occur due to customs clearance or international carriers. All international shipping quotes must be accepted and paid by the purchaser before dispatch.

4. Customs Duties and Taxes (International Orders) For international orders, the purchaser is fully responsible for complying with their destination country’s import regulations. All import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping quote unless explicitly stated.

7. Failed Delivery It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details and ensure someone is available to receive the shipment. If a delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, additional shipping and handling fees will apply.
